These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by WevAii (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
We provide appointment automation, booking systems, integrations, and related digital services for clinics and healthcare providers.
Services may include:
Online booking systems
Calendar and staff scheduling
Automated reminders (email/SMS)
Website integration
AI-based automation features
Ongoing support and maintenance (if agreed)
The exact scope of services is defined in individual proposals or agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure they have the right to use the patient data provided to us
Obtain all necessary patient consents
Comply with applicable healthcare and data protection laws
Review and test the system before going live
We are not responsible for incorrect data provided by the client.
3. Patient Data & GDPR
Clinics are the Data Controllers
We act as a Data Processor
We process patient data only according to the clinic’s instructions
Clinics are responsible for patient notifications, consent, and privacy disclosures
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be provided upon request.
4. Payments & Fees
Fees are defined in written proposals or invoices
Setup fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise
Monthly fees are billed in advance
Late payments may result in service suspension
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
No refunds are provided for completed setup work.
5. Cancellations & Termination
By the Client:
Monthly services can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started
By Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are overdue
These Terms are violated
The service is used unlawfully or abusively
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for:
Third-party software downtime
Internet or hosting failures
SMS/email delivery issues outside our control
7. Third-Party Software
Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. booking systems, messaging providers).
We are not responsible for:
Changes in third-party pricing or features
Service interruptions caused by third parties
Third-party terms or policies
Clients agree to comply with third-party terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, workflows, and configurations created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the system for their clinic.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We do not guarantee revenue, appointment volume, or business results
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months
10. Warranties Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Zero errors
Medical or legal compliance of clinic operations
Specific business outcomes
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, except where disclosure is required by law.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Internet outages
Third-party system failures
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
